EASY BANANA CAKE.
Cream 120g butterwith 120g sugar
add 2 lightly beaten eggs
Fold in 2 cups of SR flour then mashed bananas
Add 2 T.spoon carb soda dissolved in 1/2 cup milk
Mix gently.Bake in moderate oven for 25-30 mins.
When cool
ice with lemon icing or
cream cheese icing=
100g
cream cheese,60g margarine,1T.spoon vanilla,1 tablespoon apricot jam MIX all together then gradually add 2 cups of icing sugar.ENJOY!!!
